At The Kingsley, we like to keep things local in our restaurant and support the Farm-to-Fork approach. We source local beef, lamb, chicken, eggs, marron, fruit and vegetables, milk, cream & more.
Our aim is to evoke a warm, country atmosphere keeping the restaurant menu approachable, but with a modern twist.
Our restaurant’s starters menu features dishes like chicken liver & cognac parfait with thyme butter, local marron risotto with truffle emulsion & a roast garlic pulled pork bruschetta. Our mains menu includes local southern forest lamb shanks served with a red wine and tomato reduction, garlic confit belly pork served with pumpkin puree and an apple & thyme sauce or an oxtail root vegetable & kipler potato stew (a personal favourite).
Dinner: 7 days a week: 5.30pm-Late
